I have, as a professional mediator, mediated and settled thousands of civil litigation cases over the past 20 years. Many of the disputes I have mediated have involved multiple parties cases with complex legal and factual issues. These cases typically range from two party disputes to settling entire multi-party plaintiff and defendant dockets. 

I mediate a broad range of civil litigation cases, including all types of personal injury cases, wrongful death, products liability, maritime law, pharmaceutical, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes and bad faith, construction, business disputes, contracts, employment matters, multi-party cases including class actions, toxic torts, oil and gas issues, and industrial accidents and, environmental matters. I have served as a Court appointed Special Master involving complex civil litigation and discovery issues.

I have also represented both plaintiffs and defendants in many types of civil litigation cases during the past 30 years.
